Please join us in extending a big welcome to Jim Harbour, a Youth Apostles Seminarian that has been assigned to Holy Trinity Youth Ministries for his eight week summer assignment this May, June, and July! Jim is a Lifetime Consecrated member of the Youth Apostles community and a seminarian for the Diocese of Arlington, attending Mount St. Mary’s Seminary. Before seminary, Jim served as a Youth Missionary in the youth ministries at St. Bernadette in Springfield and at the campus ministries at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg.
Jim has a huge heart for youth ministry, and will be a great gift to our middle schoolers and high schoolers this summer. He will be involved in all regular youth ministries, particularly in helping to lead our special middle school July-Wednesday ministries, “Thunder” and “Salt & Light”. He will also be joining us for WorkCamp, the Steubenville Conferences, Kings Dominion Day, and more!
Jim can be reached at: youthseminarian@holytrinityparish.net
Jim will begin his summer seminarian assignment this coming Monday, May 23rd! Please say hello to him when you see him. But more so, please keep him in your prayers, as well as all of the middle schoolers and high schoolers of our parish!

Also, Mondays have three monthly ministries for high schoolers, each meet once a month. This week is St. Gianna’s Life Defenders’ monthly meeting (they meet 2nd Mondays); this is our parish’s pro-life high school ministry. Also, St. Thomas’s Youth Apologists apologetics ministry meets on 4th Mondays (next on November 23), and Gamemasters board-gaming ministry meets on 1st Mondays (next on December 7). Currently, all of our meetings are being held on the pond side of the building, near the basement doors.

All high schoolers are welcomed to come by and join us at any of these meetings, any month. We hope that you’ll consider coming by!

We are in need of great adult volunteers for these (and other) ministries, too, so please contact Paul if you’d like to learn more.
To hear more about these or any of the other Holy Trinity Youth Ministries (HTYM), please email Paul: youthministry@holytrinityparish.net.

If you are in grades 6, 7, or 8 … or you know someone that is, please consider joining us on October 24 at Prince William Forest Park for a middle school hike! You’ll need to sign-up to save a spot, and all of the event details (packing list, times, etc.) can be found on the sign-up, here:

Friends are welcomed, but we need to be sure we have enough adults to take everyone…compliant parents and volunteers, please consider joining us! The sign-up link above has more details on this, too. And please email Paul with any questions: youthministry@holytrinityparish.net.
We hope to see you there!
Hey middle schoolers, a quick hello from some of your friends, we miss you!
