Statement by Bishop Burbidge on U.S. House Passage of “Women’s Health Protection Act”

In the United States, the tragically pervasive acceptance of abortion has resulted in more than 62 million abortions since Roe v. Wade. Still, today the U.S. House of Representatives voted to impose abortion on demand nationwide—and thus double down on daily murder of the defenseless—by passing the false and deceptively named “Women’s Health Protection Act.”

Middle school ministries!

We wanted to call your attention to several middle school ministries that are on the near horizon! These are all open to all in grades 6, 7, and 8:

End-of-Summer Party: Friday, September 17: 4:30-6:30 pm.
Spark, first and third Fridays, October 1 (and following): 4:30-6:00 pm.
Jr. Legion of Mary, Thursdays, two options (see below).
Amplified, many third Wednesdays, October 13 (and following), two options: 5:00 and 7:00 pm start.
Spark After Dark, many third Fridays, October 15 (and following): 6:30-8:00 pm.
American Heritage Girls, second & fourth Fridays, afternoons.
