We need lots of helping hands to pull together this amazing parish gift to our community. We are in need of families who will dress up in costumes and be our villagers, as well as people who are willing to greet our guests and they arrive. There is a lot of preparation to do to transform our hallways into the little town of Bethlehem.
Do you enjoy making cookies? How about baking? We need bakers to help supply our guests with a sweet treat!
We also need some store bought refreshments for our “wine sellers” and our “bread makers” to share with our guests. The water bottles help with our volunteers as they are talking all night long.
We need people who are strong and hard working to help us clear the rooms and start the initial set up. Set up crew sign up HERE!
We also need a tear down crew. This is also hard work but TONS of fun! Night owls are most welcome!
