Retreat Master: Msgr. Charles M. Mangan
Msgr. Mangan is a priest of the Diocese of Siux Falls, ordained in 1989. He studied Canon Law and Mariology in Rome and worked in the Vatican Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life. Currently he is teaching at Mount St. Mary’s Seminary in Emmitsburg, MD.
