Statement by Bishop Burbidge on U.S. House Passage of “Women’s Health Protection Act”
September 24, 2021
In the United States, the tragically pervasive acceptance of abortion has resulted in more than 62 million abortions since Roe v. Wade. Still, today the U.S. House of Representatives voted to impose abortion on demand nationwide—and thus double down on daily murder of the defenseless—by passing the false and deceptively named “Women’s Health Protection Act.”

Attention Parishioners! We are in need of the gifts YOU have to offer!
We are in need of parishioners who have received the gift of Faith with gratitude and are interested in helping other parish families to share this amazing gift with their own children. Our Faith Formation program at Holy Trinity is family centered and we plan to support our parish parents in their God-given role as primary educators of their children.
If you love our Faith and would like to help families grow to be the domestic church they are called to be, we would love you to consider being a leader of a small group.
Leading a small group of parents and children is a weekly commitment from September through May. It does require a heart for the Church and her teachings, rooted in a deep love for our Blessed Lord. Sharing your love for our Lord is a transformational experience in your own spiritual life. Our Blessed Lord cannot be outdone in generosity, and nowhere is this more apparent than when you help support a brother or sister in Christ as he/she walks more closely with Jesus.
Group leaders are needed on Sunday evenings from 6:30pm-8:00pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 5:00pm-6:30pm and 7:00pm-8:30pm. Please contact Margi Loesel at religioused@holytrinityparish.net for more information. Thank you for considering.
