Knights of Columbus Membership Drive
April 23 – April 24
The Knights of Columbus will be hosting a Membership Drive for Catholic men during all Masses on Saturday, April 23 and Sunday, April 24th. Members of the Council will be located in the Narthex and outside the church to answer questions regarding the organization.
The Knights of Columbus was established in 1882 by a parish Priest Father Michael McGivney in New Haven, Connecticut to put programs of faith into action that would protect catholic families. I am a member of the Knights of Columbus here at Holy Trinity. Our Council is called “Our Lady of the Rosary” and represents a small portion of nearly 2 million members worldwide. You’ve seen the Knights during Christmas selling Christmas Trees and during Lent cooking Fish every Friday. Money generated during those events goes to multiple charitable services. I would encourage every Catholic Man to visit with the Knights after Mass today.
